Our condos are large (800 sq ft and more) one-bedroom, single occupancy, fully contained condominiums.
Bedrooms have queen-sized beds and a study area. Each unit also has a washer/dryer.
All the necessary cookware, glassware are already there so only personal items are required upon move-in.
We have a backup filtered water supply and a 350K diesel generator so there is no loss of water, electricity or Wi-Fi. The premises are monitored electronically 24/7 with manned security at night. We also have a gym, a study room/lounge and a pool for relaxation.
Pets are not allowed.
Living at Hillsboro is hassle-free as all utility expenses are included in the rent. Along, with that, we provide weekly housekeeping.
