Grounds are maintained by owner, laundry facility with washer & dryer/combo and 110 volt in wall receptacles. Meets 30 day canine & feline confinement requirements. Payment of Pet Security Fee may be required as advised by Landlord. One Pet per student. Ross students live in adjoining apartment and within walking distance.
Rent includes water, all of the cooking gas, basic cable, internet and as needed outside extermination service. Tenants are responsible for electric. No electric security deposit required landlord presents electric bill monthly.
