How do I create an account?

Go to Add Listings | Login on the top menu and select Add Free Listing.

Read the information provided. When ready, click Landlords: Click Here to add listing to open the registration form. Fill it out accurately and click Submit.

To receive promotional emails and offers, opt-in for newsletters.

Check your email for a verification message (check junk mail if not found). Click Verify My Account, then click the large Go button to log in and create your listing.

Note: This is for private landlords. Real estate agents and property managers, please email info@och101.com to create an account and learn about company pricing.

How do I log into my account?

Visit https://rusvm.och101.com and select Member Login from the Add Listings | Login menu. Use your email address as your username. If you forgot your password, click Forgot? to reset it.

How do I create a listing?

Log into your account and select Add Listing from the Listing Tools menu.

Step 1: Verify your contact information.

Step 2: Select your property type.

Step 3: Enter your property address.

Step 4: Provide property details (mandatory: Building Name or Headline, Bedrooms, Bathrooms, and Rent).

Step 5: Describe the property in detail.

Step 6: Select property features and amenities.

Step 7: Click Go to Step 2 to proceed.

Step 8: Add photos by clicking Choose Files (up to 40MB or 10 images).

Step 9: Click Upload to upload photos.

Step 10: Choose the duration for your ad (1, 2, or 12 months/until it rents).

Step 11: Enter a promo code if you have one and click Update Total.

Step 12: Click Save and Finish to proceed to payment.

How do I add pictures to my listings?

Step 1: Log into your account and click My Listings.

Step 2: Click Modify/Relist on the listing you want to update.

Step 3: Scroll to the bottom and click Go to Step 2.

Step 4: Click Choose Files to select photos (up to 10 photos or 40MB).

Step 5: Click Upload to add the photos.

Step 6: Click Go to Step 3 to save the changes.

Step 7: Choose to extend the listing time or not, then click Save and Finish.

How do I modify or update my listing?

Log into your account and click My Listings.

Step 1: Click Modify/Relist on the ad you want to change.

Step 2: Update the listing details and click Go to Step 2.

Step 3: Update photos if needed and click Go to Step 3.

Step 4: Choose to extend the listing time or not, then click Save and Finish.

How do I re-list a property?

Log into your account and click My Listings.

Step 1: Scroll to offline listings and click Modify/Relist on the listing you want to re-list.

Step 2: Review and update the listing information. Click Go to Step 2 to review photos, then Go to Step 3.

Step 3: Select the advertising duration and feature position if desired. Click Save and Finish.

Step 4: Fill out payment information. Your listing will be reviewed and online within 24 hours.

How do I de-list a rented property?

Log into your account and click My Listings.

Find the rented property and click DeList. Confirm by clicking De-List Now. The listing will remain online with a RENTED banner for 4 days before being removed.

How do I view my listing stats?

Log into your account and click Stats in your dashboard.

Click Listings to see all your listings. Click View Stats on the listing you want to view. You can also view email totals and details by clicking Email Totals.

How do I change my marketing plan?

Log into your account and click Billing Information in the left-hand menu.

Under Change My Billing Plan, select a new plan and click Update and Submit Payment. You can also email us at info@och101.com to change your plan.

How do I search for a property?

Click on the listing icons on the map to see full details. You can also click on Search Listings to start a search. Select the city or area you want to search in. Use the filters on the right to refine your search by price, neighborhood, property type, bedrooms, or property manager.

How do I log in?

To access the full functionality, log in using your student account. Click the login link in the top header or on the Contact tab of any listing. Once logged in, select the Housing Resources tab and choose the housing site you need.

How do I request a lease?

Contact the landlord with any questions. To request a lease, log into the housing site and click the orange Request a Lease button on the listing's full details page. This will send a request to the landlord to start the lease process.

How do I create a Roommate Finder profile? (Note: Currently under construction)

Click on the Roommate Finder button on the homepage menu bar. Select Post and fill out the form. Verify your account through the email sent to you. Log in and create your profile by answering questions and adding a description and photo.

How do I search Roommate profiles? (Note: Currently under construction)

Click on the Roommate Finder button on the homepage menu bar. Click Search and answer the questions. The system will match your answers with profiles, displaying results from highest to lowest match. Click on any profile to view details and contact information.
