Ross students live within walking distance or may live in building. A deep cleaning charge will be levied at end of semester.
Pricing: $1,400 plus 10% VAT per month for one year lease or $1,600 plus 10% VAT per month for four months. Rent includes water and cooking gas. Tenant is responsible for internet (US$50 per month if chose to connect to property's internet), electric bill for apartment and 25% of electricity cost of common area (laundry and common lights). Landlord calculates electricity bill base on electricity company rates and presents at end of month.
