Other appliances include - microwave, toaster, dining & kitchen wares, pots & utensils — washer and dryer. House wired throughout for 110 and 220 volts. Onsite designated parking for one vehicle is available. Additional parking is available on the main road or the street behind the building.
Pets are allowed with a signed Pet Agreement and a $300 non-refundable deposit per pet.
The grounds maintained by the owner; pet owners MUST clean up after their pets. Failure to do so will result in a $50 fee per infraction.
